Square Inc (NYSE:SQ) has appreciated over 70% since its June 2016 lows.  During that bull run, company insiders have been materially reducing their ownership stake in the company.  

Most notably, SQ's CEO & Founder Jack Dorsey has divested his entire ownership interest.

At 3x sales, 55x cashflow from operations and 145x forward earnings, SQ appears to have got caught up in the post-election euphoria for financial institution & fintech stocks.
